• Intensive experience of heading team of manufacturing operations involving projects, maintenance and production.
• Expertise in execution of manufacturing sector related Projects
• In depth knowledge of downtime analysis and preventive measures of high-speed automation system
* Sound experience in Machinery for Utility operation:- Reciprocating & Screw Air Compressors, HVAC Plant , Boilers, Diesel Generators, DM water Plant , ETP Plant, All types of Pumps, Motors, LT/HT Panels, Switch gears, Cables, Synchronization of DG Sets, Pneumatic, Hydraulics, Energy Efficiency techniques/ Methods
* working experience in EHS : Environment - Health – Safety, Energy Saving, HACCP
• Specialized in fully automated electro pneumatically controlled line production system.
• Trained in different lean manufacturing system like 5’S, KAIZEN, TPM, QC circle and KANBAN. Black Belt certified in Six Sigma analytical approach by BMG consultant.
• Handling people with diverse skill level in training.
• Sheer knowledge of people management, people development skill.
• Timely interaction with product development team to improve upon process system.
• Working towards continues improvement through innovative methods.
Salary: 800000 USD - 1600000 USD

Requirements
* B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engg / Process) from Indian institute of Technologies(IITs) from 2006-2008 Batch) and REC/ NITs (National Institute of Technologies) / BITS / PILANI
* With 3-8 yrs of sound experience in Manufacturing / Production operations from Automobile, Chemical, FMCG, Paints, Pharma, Glass, Engg Manufacturing Plants
