About this job

TASKS

· Attending to all service calls via faxes, telephone, and emails

· Organizing, planning and coordinating internal/external resources to service the required job, including- assignment of jobs- decision on using subcon - quote to customer- negotiating price with subcon

· Ensure timely job status update to all key stakeholders

· Ensure proper/complete documentation for the whole service process, such as PO, email exchange

· Closing of job files for billing to customers

· To check/ensure spare part availability, raise of PR to purchase if need to, workclosely with Logistic & Purchasing Dept

· To arrange for needful shipyards/travel documentations for the service jobs

· Ensure that all activities are in accordance to ISO standards and safety procedures

· Contract/cost management for maintenance customer

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Negotiating on Quotation to customers / from subcon.

· Overseeing entire service activities, from inquiry to quote to job confirmation to attendance to billing

· Responsible for all service calls during and after office hours.

· Handle disputes

· Manage COD service cases

· Ensuring jobs files are open/close, GSS/IRIS system updated, Invoice on time per rules

· Manage project warranty service related
