Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of building facilities.


• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repair works.


• Assist in handling of tenancy fit-out co-ordination.


• Conduct inspections to ensure maintenance standards and safety requirements are met.


• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Salary: $1500 USD - $2000 USD

Requirements:

• Nitec or Diploma in any engineering / electrical field.


• Minimum 1 years of related working experience.


• Process good leadership and communications skills.


• Able to perform hands-on works.


• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.


• Singaporean / SPR & Malaysian may apply.
