• Web Designers with minimum experience of 6 Months.
• Knowledge in HTML Designing.
• Adobe Photoshop version CS3+.
• Dream viewer, Flash with action script (Optional).
• Knowledge in W3C compatibility coding.
• Tables and DIV based coding.

Job Responsibilities :
• Deciding the color combination of the layout.
• Basic analysis of the site, resolution, themes.
• Layout Designing (Both HTML and Flash Layouts).
• Conversion of the template into Html maintaining the basic web standards and   compliance.
• Installing Java Scripts and action script whenever required.
• Coordinating with the development team through form designing, fields etc.
